Each indication places different demands on the material used. At i-ProDens, you can therefore choose from a variety of materials – always with the goal of providing you with the foundation for highly aesthetic, biocompatible, and durable dental prosthetics.

From what kind of materials can you choose?

i-PD Zirconia ML Pure
Stain, glaze: perfect!

ML Pure = Multilayer Pure – highly translucent – up to 14 units

The highly translucent i-PD Zirconia ML Pure is a third-generation zirconia.
This solution for highly aesthetic and complex restorations enables perfect results in the shortest time.

With i-PD Zirconia ML Pure, you have the perfect material to create natural dental restorations exceptionally quickly and at the highest level. It impresses with the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Both the colour selection and the range of applications are extensive.

In particular, monolithic crowns and bridges in both the anterior and posterior regions, with lifelike translucency, make finalisation easier for the dental lab team. It is also ideal for the production of large-span bridges. You can get i-PD Zirconia ML Pure in 16 VITA® shades and one bleach shade.

i-PD Zirconia ML – harmonious colour gradient

ML = Multilayer – translucent – up to 14 units

i-PD Zirconia ML is ideally suited for the production of crowns and bridges in both the anterior and posterior regions.

With 8 colour variants and the specification of the framework’s positioning in the blank (top, middle, bottom), you can achieve up to 24 shades. With higher frameworks, there may be limitations in positioning.

The smooth colour transitions of i-PD Zirconia ML reflect the natural gradient of a tooth crown, with the underlying dentine subtly shining through.

i-PD Zirconia OPAQ – Precise, opaque, stable

OPAQ = semi-translucent – up to 14 units

The semi-translucent material i-PD Zirconia OPAQ is ideal for your crowns and bridges on root-treated teeth and metal frameworks. It covers all indications that require greater opacity.

i-PD Zirconia OPAQ replaces i-PD Zirconia ST and offers a wider range of colours with 8 VITA® shades and White. This provides you with the perfect conditions for ceramic layering of your crowns and bridges.

i-PD CoCr SLM

With i-PD CoCr SLM, all the details of your design can be precisely constructed.

Cobalt-chrome alloys are ceramic-bonding alloys that allow you to easily achieve a smooth, veneering-ready framework for crowns and bridges.

The CoCr frameworks produced using the additive manufacturing process of Selective Laser Melting (SLM) are as homogeneous and precise as perfectly cast non-precious metal crowns and bridges.

i-PD Titanium SLM

The material i-PD Titan SLM helps to meet specific patient requirements. Whether allergies call for special solutions or there is a need for weight-reduced dentures: we manufacture for you from titanium using the precise selective laser melting (SLM) process.

i-PD CoCr milled

With i-PD CoCr milled, your crowns and bridges are already finished with a polished surface.

The subtractive process (milled) for framework structures, telescopic crowns, and fully anatomical units is characterised by extremely smooth surfaces.

Lithium disilicate

A material suitable for veneering techniques.

Lithium disilicate completes the all-ceramic product range for single-tooth restorations of the highest quality. It is available in 16 dentine shades and bleach white with low translucency.

Thanks to the fact that the restorations are made from the tested and proven IPS e.max® CAD blocks from Ivoclar Vivadent, and through their advanced grinding strategy, you receive LiSi products in excellent quality.

i-PD PMMA temp / cast

With PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylate) temp, patients receive tooth-coloured temporary restorations.
