Implant prosthetic decisions are often multifaceted. Different restoration principles, materials and technical options must be weighed against one another. Our configurator supports you in selecting the appropriate implant prosthetics from i-ProDens in a structured manner.

The i-PD Configurator – step by step to the appropriate prosthetic solution on implants

Whether a screw-retained bridge, a bar restoration or an individual abutment:

with the i-Bridge®, you receive a precisely manufactured implant bridge,
the i-Bar® stands for stable, precisely fitting bar constructions,
and the i-Butment® is our individual abutment for different clinical requirements.

Your priorities are taken into account: the preferred material, the choice between a directly screw-retained restoration or a solution on a bonding base, the restoration with components from Dynamic Abutment Solutions or original components from the implant manufacturer, as well as straight or angled screw channels.

At the end, you will receive up to three solution proposals that can be realised by i-ProDens.

Restoration variants at i-ProDens – explained briefly

In the configurator, the restoration variants available at i-ProDens are considered in a clear sequence. The aim is to systematically narrow down the technically appropriate solution on implants.

To help you quickly understand the differences, we briefly and clearly present the restoration variants at i-ProDens.

X – maximum flexibility

X stands for prosthetic solutions with angled screw channels of up to 30°.
The screw channels are individually designed for each respective case.
Regardless of the implant system, only one screwdriver is required – for both straight and angled screw channels.

Xtra – Original components of the implant manufacturer

Xtra stands for implant prosthetics with original components of the implant manufacturer.
This enables familiar compatibility as well as comprehensive warranty services, for example with Camlog® and Neoss®.
For i-Bridge and i-Bar, angled screw channels of up to 25° are possible.
For i-Butments, the design is carried out exclusively with a straight screw channel.

Regular –– straight screw channels

Regular stands for prosthetic solutions with straight screw channels.
The instrumentation of the implant manufacturer is used for straight screw channels.
The Regular version represents the proven first generation of the i-Bridge, i-Bar and i-Butment.

Dynamic TiBase - on a titanium bonding base

For restorations on a Dynamic TiBase, i-ProDens manufactures the i-Butment or the i-Bridge on a TiBase from Dynamic Abutment Solutions.
For angled screw channels, the Dynamic screw with a uniform screw interface is used. As a result, the Dynamic screwdriver (X screwdriver) can be used – regardless of the implant system – as with i-Bridge X and i-Butment X.
Alternatively, a straight screw can be selected. In this case, the screwdriver of the respective implant manufacturer is used; the screw head differs from the Dynamic screw.
